Terms of service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the provision of Veiga 360 Gestión Digital's services: technology and development, management, commercial representation and mobility facilitation. Veiga 360 acts as a facilitator and representative; it does not provide legal advice and does not act as a law firm or a registered agency.

2. Quotes and fees

Each service is provided against a quote accepted by the client. Fees correspond to facilitation and management; official charges and third-party costs are paid directly by the client. Services are contracted separately.

3. Right of withdrawal

In distance contracting, the consumer has 14 calendar days to withdraw without justification, unless the service has begun with their express consent before that period, in which case the proportional part already provided will be charged.

4. Liability

Veiga 360 provides professional means, not results. No procedure before the Administration (visas, authorisations, appointments) is guaranteed: its outcome rests with the competent authority. Deadlines and requirements are set by the Administration and may change.

5. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data and documents they provide.

6. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable consumer regulations. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals.
